JBL PartyBox 720 – Battery-Powered 800W Party Speaker

The JBL PartyBox 720 is JBL's loudest battery-powered party speaker. It combines 800W RMS of JBL Pro Sound with a futuristic light show and up to 15 hours of playtime. It is built for house parties, outdoor gatherings, events, karaoke nights and DJ sets. You can run it from its swappable batteries away from a power outlet, or plug it into AC power at home. With an IPX4 splashproof design, an integrated handle and wider wheels, the PartyBox 720 is designed to move with the party.

800W of Superior JBL Pro Sound

The PartyBox 720 delivers 800W RMS output power (IEC60268) through two 9" (243 mm) woofers and two 1.25" (30 mm) dome tweeters. The large woofers produce deep, clean bass even at high volume, while the tweeters keep vocals and highs crisp. Frequency response extends from 32 Hz to 20 kHz, with a signal-to-noise ratio above 80dB.

AI Sound Boost

JBL's AI Sound Boost analyzes the audio signal in real time and optimizes the speaker's output. This helps keep the sound powerful and clear across different music and volume levels.

Up to 15 Hours of Playtime with Swappable Batteries

The PartyBox 720 runs on two replaceable JBL Battery 600 packs (Li-ion) for up to 15 hours of playtime. Need more power fast? A 10-minute fast charge gives up to 2 extra hours of playback, and a full charge takes about 3 hours. Because the batteries are swappable, you can keep a spare set charged and replace them without stopping the music. Additional JBL Battery 600 packs are sold separately.

Futuristic Light Show

The built-in light show brings the party to life with vibrant starry effects, flowing light trails and strobes that move with the beat. You can control the lights from the top panel or customize colors and patterns in the JBL PartyBox app.

Built for Live Performance and Karaoke

• Dual XLR Combo Inputs: Connect microphones, guitars or a DJ console for karaoke, live performances and events.
• USB-C Audio: Play high-quality digital audio from your phone or a USB drive (MP3, WAV, FLAC), and connect karaoke apps.
• AUX Input: Connect non-Bluetooth devices with a 3.5 mm audio cable.
• USB-C Charge Out: Charge your phone from the speaker, with PDO/PPS support.

Microphones, instruments and cables are not included.

Auracast Multi-Speaker Connection

With Auracast, you can stereo-pair the PartyBox 720 with a second compatible speaker or link multiple Auracast-enabled JBL speakers wirelessly to fill a larger space with synchronized sound.

Bluetooth 5.4 and JBL PartyBox App

Stream music wirelessly over Bluetooth 5.4. The JBL PartyBox app lets you control music, EQ and the light show from your phone, so you can shape the sound and look of your party without reaching for the speaker.

IPX4 Splashproof Design

An IPX4 rating protects the PartyBox 720 against splashing water from any direction, making it suitable for poolside and outdoor use. It is splashproof, not waterproof, and should not be submerged.

Easy to Move: Integrated Handle and Wider Wheels

Weighing 31 kg and measuring 416 × 942 × 406 mm, the PartyBox 720 is a full-size party speaker. Its ergonomic integrated handle and wider, sturdier wheels roll smoothly over rough ground, making it easier to take from the living room to the garden, rooftop or event venue.

Made with Recycled Materials

The PartyBox 720 uses post-consumer recycled plastic and ships in FSC-certified paper packaging.
