At HiveTech for Office Solutions, the products we sell are covered by warranty against manufacturing defects, giving you peace of mind with every purchase.
Warranty periods
Laptops and computers: up to 3 years as per manufacturrer
Printers: 1 year as per manufacturrer
Monitors : up to 3 years as per manufacturrer
Computer accessories: 6 months
Toners and ink cartridges: covered against defects on arrival only — please inspect and report any fault within 7 days of receiving your order
The warranty period begins from the date shown on your original invoice.
How your warranty is handled
Depending on the product:
Laptops, computers, and printers: serviced through the relevant service center, which we will help you arrange.
Accessories and toners: handled directly by HiveTech.
Coverage
This is a local warranty, valid within Jordan only. It covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use.

Physical or accidental damage
Liquid damage
Misuse or operating the product outside its intended use
Unauthorized repair, modification, or tampering
Normal wear of consumable items
How to claim your warranty
Bring the product together with its original invoice to our showroom, or contact us first by phone or WhatsApp during business hours.
